What Every Portrait Experience Includes
Every portrait experience is designed to feel personal, guided, and meaningful from the very beginning.
You start with a discovery call after filling out the form, then move into your in-person design consultation at our North Ogden portrait studio where we plan and design your experience together.
From there, your portrait experience is your big day in front of the camera, where you get to slow down, connect, and create lasting memories.
After that, you return for your reveal and ordering appointment, where you see your portraits for the first time and choose and purchase the artwork you want to bring home.
Your experience ends with your artwork pickup appointment, when your finished pieces are ready to come home and be enjoyed every day.
We also help you think beyond this one date so your portraits can grow with your family and the future experiences you may want to create.
Investment Details
Portrait Experience Retainer
Most portrait experiences begin with a $199 retainer to reserve your date and begin the planning process.
Some premium portrait experiences, including boudoir and deeper connection-driven studio experiences, begin with a $399 retainer.
Newborn portrait experiences have their own retainer options based on the level of support, time, and artwork included. During your discovery call, we will walk you through the newborn option that fits your family best.
We will always walk you through the right fit before you book so you know what to expect and what is included.

Investment and Payment Details
Retainer and Booking Details
Your retainer is paid when you book to reserve your date and begin planning your portrait experience.
A signed agreement and completed retainer hold your session date on the calendar. Retainers are nonrefundable after 24 hours. Most of our Session retainers are $199 and then your will purchase products and or digitals separately at your reveal party once you have seen your portraits.
Artwork Collections
Most clients invest in artwork they can enjoy in their home every day, along with matching digital files for the portraits they purchase.
Artwork prints begin at $295, but most clients choose wall art, albums, keepsake boxes, or a combination that fits their home and goals.

Digital-only options are also available.
Full pricing is shared during your consultation and reveal so your recommendations can be tailored to your family, your space, and the way you want to enjoy your portraits. But we will always give you a range over the phone based on what you are wanting on our very 1st phone call.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and cash.
Payment Plans
Pre-payment plans can be set up during your design consultation if you want to plan ahead for artwork before your reveal. (these are created based on an idea of what you would like to order.)
Payment plans are also available for qualifying artwork orders at your reveal and ordering appointment. (these are built based on your actual product order)
