Your Family Studio Portrait Experience in 5 Simple Steps
After you fill out the form, we walk you through each step so your studio family portrait experience feels easy, personal, and beautifully guided.
Step 1
Your Discovery Call
This is where we get to know your family, talk about what matters most to you, and learn what kind of portraits you are hoping to create.
You can ask questions, share what you want this experience to feel like, and make sure this is the right fit for your family. If it feels right for both of us, we move forward and reserve your in-person design consultation and portrait experience date.
Once your retainer is paid and your contract is signed, your design consultation and portrait experience are officially reserved on the calendar.
Step 2
Your Design Consultation
This is where everything starts to feel real. We sit down together at our North Ogden studio and plan a portrait experience that feels personal to your family.
We talk through who is being photographed, what you want your portraits to feel like, and how you want your finished artwork to live in your home.
This is also where you can go over clothing, color direction, and other details so your portrait experience feels connected, meaningful, and true to you.
You leave with a clear vision, a full prep guide to take home, and the feeling that this is really happening.
Step 3
Your Portrait Experience
This is where everything you have been planning comes to life. You step into the studio, slow down, and focus on being with your people.
You do not need to know how to pose. We guide you the entire time so your family portraits feel natural, connected, and beautifully polished.
This is your space to laugh, breathe, lean in, and enjoy time together while we create portraits that feel like this season of your life.
By the end of your experience, you leave feeling connected, cared for, and excited to see your portraits at your reveal.
Step 4
Your Reveal and Ordering Appointment
This is the moment you see your portraits for the first time and choose the ones you want to bring home.
We walk through your portraits together and help you choose the images that speak to your heart, fit your home, and reflect what matters most to you.
This is also when you purchase your portraits and products. Most families choose artwork they can see, enjoy, and live with every day.
Matching digitals are included with portraits purchased through the Create a Collection option.
Step 5
Your Artwork Pickup
This is the moment everything becomes real in a new way. Once your order is ready, you come back to the studio to pick up your finished artwork.
What began as a feeling is now something you can see on your walls, hold in your hands, and come back to every single day.
Your portraits are no longer just a memory of this season. They become part of your home and a reminder of the people you love most.
