Once we have chatted on the phone and learned a little about each other, we will follow these 4 steps below.
Discovery Call and Design Consultation
After you fill out the form, we call you within 24 business hours. You share what you love about your child, what you want to feel, and where you want your portraits to live in your home.
On this call, you will:
• Share your child’s age, personality, and comfort level
• Choose studio, outdoor location, or a Child Embracing Connections experience
• Ask every question on your mind
• Schedule your in person Design Consult
• Reserve your session date and time by signing your contract and paying your retainer
At your in person Design Consult:
You plan everything. You choose outfits, colors, and styling. You decide who will be included, and we shape the experience around your child’s personality. You leave with your Welcome Guide full of everything you need, plus our full Product and Pricing Guide. You walk out feeling excited, prepared, and fully supported.
Your Portrait Experience
The day you see your child shine.
You walk in, you exhale, and your child settles in. You watch confidence grow in real time. We guide with play, prompts, and gentle direction, so your child feels safe, seen, and free. You will be in the studio for about an hour total for this appointment.

This is where you make your final purchases. We guide you through selecting your favorites, then matching them to artwork for your home. You choose what fits your space and your budget, with zero pressure and clear direction.
You leave your Reveal Party feeling full, with your favorites chosen and your final order complete.
